Your Whippy

There
are hundreds if not thousands of gimmicky golf gadgets out there
that claim to improve your game. Hooks, Slices, pushes, pulls,
bad grip, poor aim, no distance, topping, spin, draw or fade:
name a problem and there's at least a dozen gizmos promising a
quick and easy fix to it. A few seem helpful, but for the most
part all they can guarantee is a speedy shift from a fat swing
to a thin wallet. Some, however, actually do step up and deliver
what they promise, one being the Whippy TempoMaster. The Whippy
TempoMaster claims to be able to lower your handicap by fixing
the tempo of your swing.
Tempo
problems such as an overly quick takeaway, a snapping transition
from backswing to downswing and weak follow through are very common
afflictions to high scoring (and some not so high scoring) golfers.
That was the way it was explained to Dr. John Melvin, inventor
of the Whippy TempoMaster, when he took up the game late in life.
Uber golf instructor, Jack Mann, told him that when you can strike
a ball with a knotted rope, you'll have perfect tempo. Using this
advice, he went out and built a club with a shaft not much stiffer
than a fishing rod. The theory is that any swing flaw will be
so exaggerated by the noodley shaft that the user will be able
to feel it instantly and know exactly what he or she needs to
work on. This instant feedback is crucial to breaking old bad
habits and preventing new ones from starting.
Sounds
great, but is it worth it? I can honestly say that the Whippy
TempoMaster is by far the best training tool that I've ever tried.
Using it every other day for only a week, I have seen more improvement
in my swing than in the past year and a half. The club gives you
a very accurate read of your swing flaws; you really can feel
exactly what you're doing right and wrong.

The book and video that came packaged with the
Whippy TempoMaster are pure gold also. The video demonstrates
very specific drills that when used in conjunction with the
Whippy TempoMaster will give you a perfect swing. It's worth
it to get the video even if you don't have the club; the advice
and drills it contains will truly make a light bulb go off in
your head.
Part
of the genius of this club is that you can actually play a round
of golf with it. If you hit a few bad shots with your regular
clubs, you can hit with your Whippy TempoMaster for the next
hole or so and see where things are going wrong. If you can't
make it to the course or driving range, however, simply doing
the drills in the yard is good enough practice to point you
in the right direction.
The
bottom line is that if you are looking for a training aide that
actually works, then you must have the Whippy TempoMaster. It
is available in just about any club style you can imagine, from
driver to putter. The Whippy TempoMaster will run you anywhere
between ninety and one hundred and forty dollars depending on
the model. Order one (or a set) right now from TempoMaster.com
and feel the rhythm.
