Tattoo Golf!

Back in the day, golf was just about as white bread as you could get. It was what Ward Cleaver and the guy from Father Knows Best did on the weekends. Now golf is attracting a much younger, hipper and more diverse crowd; unfortunately the dress code is still anything but hip and diverse. Yes, golf is a game of tradition and honor, but do you really have to dress like a tool to play it? Not according to Tattoo Golf, makers of golf apparel and accessories that reflect a slightly different attitude than the standard polo and khaki crowd. With their trademark skull & cross-clubs and tribal logos, these clothes are closer to Happy Gilmore than Bagger Vance. Yeah they look cool, but are they made to play as hard as you do? We were able to get our hands on some of their line and here's what we thought.

Tattoo Golf Polos!
Tattoo Golf Polos

Jersey Knit Polo Shirt w/ Strip Collar & Cuffs w/ Skull Logo
Nicer courses often require guests to wear a collared shirt when playing. With these quality Polos you can conform to the rules in a very non-conformist manner. Made out of one hundred percent, pre-shrunk combed cotton with three wood-tone buttons, these shirts are extremely tough and comfortable. And with their Skull Tattoo or Tribal Logo embroidered on left chest and small Tribal Tattoo Logo below the back collar, nobody will mistake you for a Gap employee. For about forty dollars they are available in several body and trim colors and sizes L, XL and XXL. You're sure to find one to match your individual style.

Tattoo Golf FlexFit Cap!

Tattoo Golf FlexFit Hat
More than any other piece of clothing, your headgear tells the world the most about your personality. And nothing says, "I love golf and anarchy" like Tattoo Golf's FlexFit cap. With a low profile lycra band for a fitted look, a variety of Skull Tattoo and Tribal logos embroidered on the front and "Tattoo Golf" on the back, it's quite the attention grabber. Add to that sewn eyelets and eight rows of stitching on the visor and you've got a cap that is built to last for years. For twenty five bucks you can get one in a multitude of styles in sizes ranging from 6 3/4 to 7 5/8.

Tattoo Golf T-Shirts!
Tattoo Golf T-Shirts

T-Shirt "Skull"
I actually had a small problem with this product. On their website, Tattoo Golf states that these T-shirts "are top quality Hanes Beefy-T". Unfortunately the shirt I received was "Gildan ActiveWear". I have several Hanes Beefy-T shirts; they're tough, resist shrinking and are quite comfortable. Gildan ActiveWear seems a bit thinner and is somewhat see-through. This is fine for wet T-shirt contests, but not for playing on a public golf course in the middle of august. Other than that, the design is great: Skull Tattoo or Tribal Logo silk-screened on the front left chest and large logo on the back. It's an ok shirt, just not what is advertised on the site. For twenty dollars you can get one in white, black, navy or red in sizes L, XL or XXL.

Bottom line is if you're tired of the generic golf apparel out there and looking for something a little more aggressive, then Tattoo Golf has you covered. With a wide range of clothing and accessories in many colors and styles, you're sure to find something that you'll like. Swing on over to www.TattooGolf.com and stick it to the man.
